Biography

Though my life story reads more like an adventure novel set in such exotic locations as Costa Rica, Hawai'i, and the Desert Southwest, I was born in the State of Maine and grew up in Seattle.  An East Coast girl growing up in a West Coast world.  Weekends were spent up at Mount Rainier, hiking and skiing in the National Park, Christmas's were spent in either Costa Rica
or Hawai'i.
Education
I began reading before the age of three and was enrolled in an exclusive private school shortly thereafter.  Later, I was enrolled part-time in college at the age of 15 and full-time at the age of 16. I graduated one year later with my Associates Degree and High School Diploma.

Later, I went on to earn my Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and a Masters Degree in Finance.
Life Path
At the age of 17 is when I entered my first art show, and also received my certificate as an interior designer and mechanical drafter.  With an absolute passion for residential design, I wanted to go on to become an architect, but my parents wouldn’t allow me.  As an structural engineer who built buildings, my father had a strong distain for architects. Despite this, I was unable to squelch my passion for architecture and thus began the long path of buying and refurbishing nine houses and condos.

Resent Years
I had been truly blessed with the best parents in the world!

Since 2009, when I lost my Dad, I have been caring for my heartbroken Mom.  Married for 61 years, they had been inseparable.  Everyone who knew them, remember them as such sweet people.

Mom - Feb. 2024 - Age 94
In 1994, when I was the target of a failed attempted murder plan, resulting in a near-fatal head injury and fractured neck, it was my mother who patiently cared and rehabilitated me.  It was then, without question, that I would do the same for her in her final years.  She passed recently, two weeks shy of her 95th birthday.
I miss you Mom!

Donations are also greatly appreciated!  Mahalo nui!
